A Fanatic Summation of the Plainfield vs Chester Game

Plainfield loss the field goals made comparison by -8 (-16 points). Plainfield converted 12 field goals to Chester's 20. Maurice Nelson's (Orlando Magic Jameer Nelson little brother) connected on 4 shots beyond the arc to help Chester edge Plainfield in the 3-point shooting comparison. The Cardinals were -2 in the 3-point conversion comparison. Chester connected on 6 3-pointers. The Cardinals converted 4.

Where did the Cardinals loose this game? Early foul trouble doomed the Cardinals. Dii'Jon Allen-Jordan and Justin Sears were in foul trouble early in the 2nd period with the Cardinals leading 22-21. The rest was history as by the end of the half, Chester was in the lead 46-23. The Cardinals did make a strong come back outscoring their opponent from Pennsylvania 44-29 in the second half. But it was not enough.

1) Chester - Senior Maurice Nelson 5'11". {ER-25}
Nelson scored a game high 20 points on perfect shooting below the arc and 57% shooting from beyond the arc. Nelson also picked up a game high 6 steals.

2) Plainfield - Junior Dii'Jon Allen-Jordan 6'6" {ER-24}
Dii'Jon continues to expand his game. Dii'Jon scored 16 points shooting 67% from the floor and 89% from the free throw line. Dii'Jon also had a team high 4 steals and a game high 3 rejections.

3) Plainfield - Junior Justin Sears. 6'8" {ER-23}
Justin scored a team high 17 points and earned a double-double by grabbing a game high 12 rebounds. Justin also picked up 2 steals and added 2 rejections to his stat line before fouling out with 2 1/2 minutes remaining in the game.

4) Chester - Sophomore Rondae Jefferson 6'6" {ER-20}
The 6'6" guard earned a double-double by scoring 10 points on 60% shooting from the field and grabbed a team high 11 rebounds. Rondae also added 5 steals to his stat line. Rondae should be a player to watch in the years to come!!

5) Chester - Senior Dequann Walker 6'4" {ER-15}
Dequann scored 10 points on perfect shooting from the floor. Dequann also grabbed 4 rebounds and dished out 2 assists.


The efficiency rating is base on points scored, shooting accuracy, foul shooting accuracy, rebounds, assists, steals, defensive intensity, and assist-turnover ratio.
