Plainfield converted 16 shots below the arc to Robeson’s 15. Plainfield connected on 4 3-point conversions to Robeson’s 2.
Where did the Cardinals win this game? The free throw shooting was still dismal but the amount of times the Card’s got to the foul line gave them an advantage in free throws made. The Cards made 16 free throw’s to Robeson’s 11. The Card’s continue to dominate the boards as they were able to out rebound Robeson 39 – 24. The Cardinals interior defense was also outstanding as Plainfield rejected 10 shots. Balance scoring also played a major factor with 3 players scoring in double digits and 1 player just missing the double digit plateau by 1.
Cardinal Fanatic Efficient 5
